Very central to shopping centre with all amenities and undercover safe parking. Breaky on the go provided and lockable parking the room was a self contained studio and had everything we needed

Great location for our daughter's cricket tournament at Marchant Park. Will definitely be back. Bed was sooo comfortable. Handy having the lovely shopping centre so close.

The rooms were great, quiet location, close to shops, free coffee in the morning with grab and go items! Super friendly staff! Pet friendly room was good! Happy days

Property was excellent however biggest disappointment was the reception. I paid and pre-checked in online day before checking in but I was made to wait at the lobby for a room while two other guests who just walked in and paid at the counter were given rooms before me. It was quite disappointing.

Very friendly, efficient and professional meet and greet at reception. My room on the top floor was very spacious for a studio and very comfortable all round. I will definitely recommend Quest Chermside to others.

Great spacious 1 b/r apartment with kitchen, washer/dryer. Convenient location. Walking distance, approx 100m to Westfield Chermside. Also bus terminal across the road. Walking distance to Kedron Wavell Servicemen's Club for a great feed. Grab and go breakfast also pretty good Would definitely stay again and recommend

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is in need of some updating and the rooms had some minor issues, which included a strong odour coming from toilet. It was only noticeable when entering the room after time outside. Not enough of an issue to offset the convenience of walking distance to water park and Westfield. Would stay again.

Great customer service from the staff (particularly the receptionist) who were very helpful and welcoming. Suite was clean, well presented with a very comfortable bed.

Could not get wifi to work, even after following instructions given. Couldn't get assistance as after hours. My sheets had stains on them. No fly screens so couldnt have fresh air coming into room

We had problems with our keycards working each time we stayed there. Very quickly replaced though.

Not the best system to get an out of the carpark needs more refinement. Rooms were great just the right size for the stay and very comfortable. Noise was an issue with many sirens going off and helicopters getting to the hospital up the road . Location was perfect access to everything you needed. Overall perfect service and location just needs a little refinement in certain things to make it 5 star location

Unfortunately there were quite a few negatives about my stay here. Just to summarise: - Room smelt like dog (it is a pet friendly place apparently and gets cleaned?) - Cigarette butt left in ash tray on balcony (I'm a non-smoker so definitely not mine...) - Stains on fitted bed sheet (found 3 stains approx size of 20c coin. Lucky these were in the middle of the bed so we slept on the edges of the bed.) - Found someone's old sock on the floor at the base of the bed

Great stay! Love the spaciousness of my little apartment, the views out over the area especially at night, and the proximity to so many great food places. Staff were very helpful, especially when things went glitchy with the car park access (thank you for lending me a robust swipe card!).

The after hours manager was very understanding/accommodating of our needs and our room was modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The free parking was appreciated and location near Westfield Chermside convenient.
