“Great hotel in a great location. Staff was tip-top & hotel kept in great conditon. Special kudos to both the manager who offered us an upgraded room because we had a leaky sink faucet (we declined the move but I appreciated his concern for enhacing our stay) and for the tall gentleman who fixed the leak problem. He was pleasant, very focused on resolving the problem quickly, diagnosed & quickly fetched the part, left the work space clean and was out in less than 30 minutes ... great job.”

“Had a great 1 night stay here while in brisbane to go to a gig, room was clean, bed was comfortable, very close to eating options if you arent looking at going far. 1 downside was couldnt get netflix working on our TV so had to put up with horrible free to air but first world problems. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.”
