✔︎ Check-in and check-out: Check-in is at 3-8 pm, and check-out is at 10 am or earlier. Please let us know if you need to adjust these times and we`ll do our best to accommodate you. Late check-out fee applies.

✔︎ Please make sure to keep shoes off of the bed and furniture.

✔︎ Stains on linen or white towels will be considered damaged if stains cannot be removed.

✔︎ Enjoy yourselves, however, please take care with foods that can spill or stain our carpets, couches, and bed linen.

✔︎We do charge extra fees in case of loss or damages to our property such as towels, linen, and furniture.

✔︎Turn off all lights/TV/air conditions when not at home

✔︎ Quiet hours: We respect our neighbors` peace and privacy, so we ask that guests keep noise levels down between 7 pm and 8 am.

✔︎ Cleanliness: We expect our guests to leave the property in the same condition they found it in. Please clean up after yourselves, especially if you use an oven or BBQ stove(if any), do not leave dirty dishes, and take out the trash before checking out. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee being applied. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

🔐 Check-In & Access

Check-in instructions will be provided on the day of arrival once all requirements have been completed.
Submission of a valid government-issued ID is mandatory.
Failure to provide a valid ID will result in delays in releasing check-in instructions.
Access details are confidential and must not be shared with anyone outside your registered booking.


📶 WiFi

WiFi is available inside the apartment.
The connection is suitable for regular browsing, streaming, emails, and general online use.
The WiFi is not suitable for high-bandwidth activities such as heavy downloads, large file transfers, crypto mining, or intensive commercial usage.
Service interruptions caused by the internet provider are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

🛏 Bedrooms & Linen

Professionally cleaned bed linen is provided for your stay.

We provide:
1 bath towel per registered guest
1 hand towel per reservation
Extra towels are available upon request at $10 per towel.

Please note:

Linen and towels must not be removed from the property.
Excessive staining (makeup, fake tan, dye, oil, blood, etc.) or damage will result in replacement charges.
Missing linen will be charged at replacement value.


🍳 Kitchen & Appliances

The kitchen includes essential cookware and utensils for light meal preparation.

Please note:
We do not provide condiments (salt, oil, sugar, spices, etc.).
All dishes must be washed or placed in the dishwasher before check-out.
Dispose of leftover food properly.
Appliances must be cleaned and switched off after use.
Do not leave food scraps in sinks as this may cause blockages.
Failure to leave the kitchen in reasonable condition may result in additional cleaning fees.


🗑 Waste Disposal

Please dispose of rubbish properly:

Apartment Units:
Garbage chute is located on each level near the lifts.

House-Type Properties:
Rubbish bins are located outside the property.

Important:
Excessive rubbish left behind may incur a disposal charge starting at $50, depending on weight and type.
Oversized or commercial-level waste will incur higher charges.

Hazardous Waste (Strictly Prohibited):

Chemicals or paint
Batteries
Gas canisters
Medical waste or sharps
Biohazard materials
Large furniture items
Construction debris

If hazardous waste is found inside the property, a disposal fee of $100 or more will apply.

Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
Balcony doors and windows must remain closed while the air conditioning is running.
Damage caused by improper use may result in repair charges.

The second bedroom was tiny and very dark, almost claustrophobic. Not quite what I was expecting for myself and my colleague. Apart from that, everything was clean, comfortable and easy.
