KEYS: need to be collected from the IGA Melbourne st, South Brisbane Note its opening hours are every day from 06:00 - 22:00. You will be given a unique code for picking up the keys 24 hours prior to check in. This is a 5 minute walk from the property.
PARKING: There is one secure car space allocated to the apartment.

LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and a bath towel for each guest. BYO pool towels.
LONG STAYS: All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.
CHECK OUT: We don`t want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.
