The Hamptons at Villa 43

SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival.
CLEANING & LINEN FEES: All cleaning and linen fees must be paid when the reservation is made.

Villa 43 is set back a little from the beach with a path and roadway for resort buggies in front. There is a large grass lawn across the pathway for the kids to play on. You are still only 70m to the beach.

The ground level is open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge room opening onto the deck, perfect for outdoor entertaining. There is second toilet downstairs, also a laundry area. Upstairs there are 1 x QUEEN bedroom and 1 x 2 SINGLES and a bunk area in hallway with 2 x SINGLES bunks, sleeping 6 guests. There is a balcony off the main bedroom, for the amazing night vies across the bay to Bribie Island or Brisbane. The Dolphin Feeding Experience is NOT included in your booking of this property.

Please note Airconditioning is not included in the nightly rate. It can be arranged for an additional fee of $50 per night. Contact us direct for more information.

Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.

Relaxing Holiday in Beautiful Tangalooma Villa

This lovely, stylish villa has been beautifully decorated and was by far one of the very best on the island and I saw quite a few. My stay would have been enhanced if there had been a dishwasher as most of the crockery and cutlery was poorly hand-washed and everything had to be taken out of the cupboards and washed properly before using. The pots and pans could also do with replacing as they were very tired. None of the screen doors locked, which was a shame as this meant that airflow and security weren't possible, especially at night. Also, the key for the front slider door didn't work, so this couldn't be locked from the outside and I had to leave the villa unlocked whenever I went out. Relatively easy fixes that would have made my stay so much more enjoyable. But aside from those minor tweaks, everything else was just fabulous and I would highly recommend to other travellers.

Excellent Villa

Only critique was that the beds were 1 size LARGER than detailed in the listing, so bringing our own sheets meant a tight fit on the sheets. Other than that, it was brilliant, thanks.
