Room was spacious, neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient to shops, restaurants and public transport. Would stay here again.

Person in next room swearing and banging walls to after 10:30pm so we left the premises and had to pay for another room as the staff didn’t answer phone calls and wouldn’t refund any money,do not stay there

Dear guest, this is not what we believed to have happened. Next time, you should request that the police be involved in a similar situation instead of being reluctant to let the authorities get involved. We take the safety and comfort for all our guests very seriously. Thank you.

Great price and free undercover parking makes this an easy choice. Has everything you need and a good location. Have stayed a couple of times and will stay again when we need to be close to UQ and Westend.

The tiles on the outdoor areas and stairs are extremely slippery when wet. Even barefoot with tiny careful steps I still nearly went over quite a few times. Everything else was great.

Had a 2 day conference to attend. The motel was located very close. I was allowed to park the car for both days even though I only stayed one night. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist with my needs. Close to shops and public transport

We stayed here for a week; with 2 day to arrive at the Gold Coast for fun. At first we were given a large room for 3 people. The place was big and nice; but the cleaning was average. But when we came back, we were given a room for 2 people. The 2-person room was not Problem. The problem is that there are many ants in this room. It must be improved. They walk around; in the kitchen; there are ants in the toilet and on the countertop. It is terrible.

Hi Ka Pui, thank you for your recent stay with us. We're sorry to hear you did not have a great experience even though we were not made aware of any issues during your stay. I would like to clarify a few things regarding the comments you made here. The two rooms you were provided for your two separate reservations were exactly the same sized room. Exactly the same size. You made both bookings for 2 adults, even though you have an additional family member staying with you which we did not charge or penalize even though it's above our room occupancy limit. Please check your reservation details if you have doubts. For your second reservation, we were not aware of any ant issues until after your stay which we have rectified as you only stayed 2 nights. We are an open-plan motel so these things may occur, but please let us know during your stay if you encounter any issues so that we can make your stay a more pleasant one. We take great lengths to make sure our rooms are clean and comfortable. We have an older style motel, but our cleaning is to a very high standard. We are here 7 days a week. If there is any issues, we would advise our guests to come contact us at any time and let us know what the issue is so that we can make sure everything is perfect. Thank you for bringing issues to our attention and we will do our best to make sure our service and delivery is improved for future visit.

I stay in Brisbane one night a week to save the commute back and forth from my regional home base. Toowong central is simple, clean (refurbished bathrooms), a small fridge and microwave (perfect for heating an easy meal from the Coles at the end of the block). Out of hours checkin and early morning key dropoff has always gone smoothly and without a hitch. Much cheaper than staying in the CBD (and quieter during the night given the cross-river rail construction), with free undercover parking, and an easy quick drive into work.

This place turned out to be a little gem. Booked for price and location, checkin was easy, Manager was very friendly and helpful with bag, walk up no lift so if you have lots of luggage be aware, ample parking, walk to cafes around the corner for breakfast, larger shopping centre in the same block. Very spacious room with balcony, good bed and linens, small refurbished bathroom with all toiletries provided, kitchen facilities, small pool enough to get wet but didn’t get to use it. This place was a very pleasant surprise and I would not hesitate to stay there again.
