Guests are able to access the entry foyer, stairwell, apartment 1, and the parking space on the basement level. Please note that Hynes Street, accessed via the basement is a quick way to get to food outlets and the IGA supermarket situated in the HQ building across Hynes Street. Please be aware of fast moving traffic in Hynes Street while crossing the road.
Other things to note
The front entry for ValleyHome is 11 Prospect Street. The car park is accessed via the rear of the building at 18 Hynes Street. The maximum garage access height is 2200mm.
