Check-in instructions will be available to you in the arrival guide of AirBnB. The check-in is via the lockbox located in front of the entry door.

Please remember to leave the keys in the lockbox once you have checked out! It would be nice if you take the garbage out and pile all towels in the bathroom, but not mandatory.

Both items are available upon request for a fee of $25, payable through Airbnb. Once payment is received, I will organize them to be prepared for your use. We do not provide any linen in a cot. We recommend that you bring your own cot linens to ensure the sensitive and delicate skin of your baby is well protected!

STARTER SUPPLIES

We provide all our guests with essential starter supplies to make your stay more enjoyable. Complimentary supplies include 1 set of bed linens for each bed, 2 towels per queen bed, 1 towel per single bed, 1 tea towel, coffee, tea, and sugar, 2 toilet rolls per toilet, 1 bath mat, 1 hand towel and face washer, shampoo, hand soap, and body wash per bathroom.

Our kitchen also comes stocked with a few cooking and breakfast essentials. These supplies are intended to help you settle in without needing to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival.

WELCOME PACK
Ben Linen are provided for the entire place.
Bathroom pack is provided with bath towel per guest, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and 1 hand towels.
Duvets are folded in the wardrobe during summer.


PETS POLICY
Only small and service dogs are excepted. Large and barking dogs are not accepted. Pets must stay on the verandah. Any damage or excessive fur and smell around the house at departure will attract a fee of $200 to aerate and bond clean the place.


WIFI
WIFI is available for use and allows the streaming. The smart TV allows you to use Netflix, Prime, Youtube etc. Streaming subscription is available on TV.

House rules
Washing machine is the laundry
downstairs. This is a communal laundry
a-la-Brisbane style.
The washing powder near to the
machine. Please put it directly into the
clothes and add the softener into a
machine compartment.
If capsules are provided, put the capsule
directly into the washing machine
together with clothes.
Laundry is supplied as a courtesy. We
make every effort to top it up regularly
but the stock is sometimes taken away
by some guests. No emergency re-
supply.
Keep windows and doors SHUT when
aircon is on.
Switch OFF AirCon when leaving the house
or not needing.
Use DRY MODE at NIGHT time as our AC is
part of the load shedding program and may
switch off at night automatically.
NO Smoking in the unit or on the property is
allowed. Please smoke at the property
boundary and be inconspicuous to the
neighbours.
NO drinking or walking with wine glasses are
allowed in the backyard or frontyard.
Keep your pets on the leash all the times
inside the property. Collect their droppings if
any.
NO barking or scowling.
Please keep them off the bed linen and
throws.
Please make sure they don’t chew furniture
or flooring to avoid damage. Report any
damage to take responsibility for them.
Consumables (toilet paper, shampoo and
conditioner, etc) are provided as a starter
pack. It is supposed to last a few days to
give you time to purchase them for the
duration of your stay.
There is no refill service during your stay.
Please report any damage or malfunction to
the host.
We make every effort to check things but it is
not always possible to go through every item
in the house.
Our house rules are peace and quiet
enjoyment. We respect our neighbours and
other guests.
Please no loud music, screaming children or
testing the exhaust from your powerful car/
motorcycle in front of the house. :-)))
