“Only stayed 2 nights for the air show so the location was the key factor as majority of other hotels nearer to the event were fully booked. We have stayed in this hotel for the air show on numerous occasions, but unfortunately on this occasion we found the hotel to be a little bit tired in its décor and overall appearance. we can't comment on anything else as we didn't have anything else other than a good couple of nights sleep.”

“Hotel un po’ datato ma nel complesso buon rapporto qualità prezzo, l albergo si trova a pochi km dal centro di Bristol e sulla strada per andare a Bath, personale molto cortese e disponibile, colazione buona al di sopra delle aspettative, con parcheggio privato ”

“Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato qui per 5 giorni per la nostra mini vacanza a Bristol e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Lo staff è sempre gentile e disponibile, le camere sono grandi, probabilmente da rimodernizzare, ma c’è tutto per un soggiorno confortevole. Nel bagno della camera, con doccia/vasca, sono presenti anche già il sapone e il doccia shampoo e c’è anche uno scalda salviette per gli asciugamani. Purtroppo non andava il riscaldamento, ma la stanza era già fornita di stufette...

“Lovely little apartment, well located and easy to find. Parking was easy, check in was easy. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. Will Definitely be staying here again!!”

“This flat had some things a business client would need in a self contained property, but the kitchen lacked some essentialslike and chopping board etc. However, post covid, i was surprised to see the unnecessary decorative items still laying about that others can touch etc. The property has some wear and tear issues that should be addressed, but nothing to stop you from staying here.”

“The hotel is perfectly located for both the Theatre Royal and Ustinov Theatre as you can walk to either in about thirty seconds! There are also numerous bars, coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Despite being centrally located, I didn't hear any noise from outside at all. Food was lovely, with a nice selection for breakfast. Rooms were well designed and spacious, with a lovely private courtyard. Loved being able to have my dog with me and she was even permitted in the bar and breakfast room (not in main area near breakfast bar, which was fine as I had company to watch her). “We booked a room as part of a wedding party .wedding was at 2pm. Check in is 4pm which is quite late ,we had to be in the orangery for 4pm so staff managed to check us in 3.40pm .Room was perfect, slept well,breakfast amazing. Food at the wedding of Becky and Mark was incredible. Our first visit here and we will definitely return and use the pool/spa as we didn't get chance to on this occasion. Check out at 11am is good, no rushing around. Thankyou for a lovely stay ”

The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful. We enjoyed some nice food in the atrium bar, a lovely afternoon tea in the 1853 restaurant. And some nice 6 oclock gin on the terrace - all with fantastic service. “Appena entrati nella hall ti senti subito a casa, l'ambiente è curato e caldo, il personale sorridente e gentile. Bellissimo l'ascensore con le grate di ferro! La camera ampia e confortevole, con letto e cuscini comodi e un caldo e morbido piumino. Il bagno di piccole dimensioni ma comunque vivibile e dotato di tutto il necessario, shampoo e bagnoschiuma sempre nuovi ogni giorno. Nel complesso una buonissima esperienza.”
