Charming Cottage Between Vineyards & Woods, Near Angers & Saumur

Between Angers and Saumur, this old Angevin house located in the heart of nature, between vineyards and woods, in the middle of troglodytes offers you a rural and relaxing setting.

Diane, a winemaker in her family estate a few minutes from the cottage, and Guillaume will be delighted to share with this beautiful region, their passion for vines and to help you discover the different appellations of the Angevin vineyard.

The cottage opens onto a living room with open kitchen (electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ...), dining room, lounge area with television. On the ground floor, the cottage has a bedroom with a double bed of 140x190cm, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The first floor serves 2 attic bedrooms (each with two single beds of 90) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy the peaceful environment and the view of the vineyards (garden furniture, garden chairs, barbecue, ...). You can also park your vehicle in the courtyard of the cottage.

The shops are 10 minutes away in the town of Brissac, famous for its castle, the highest in France! You can reach the banks of the Loire in 10 minutes and the cities of Angers and Saumur in 30 minutes.

Located in the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Natural Park, you can enjoy all the pleasures of nature and the banks of the Loire: hiking trails, cycle path "the Loire by bike", visit the vineyards and castles ... From the cottage, you can set off on a hilly circuit offering landscapes of crops, including artichokes, seeds, flowers ... and vines as well as a visit to the Manoir de la Caillère, an art gallery in a troglodyte site.
