Cozy Bristol Bungalow - Perfect for Exploring the Tri-Cities!

We're newer to VRBO but are experienced Superhosts on another platform, so you can book with confidence! Our cozy, renovated bungalow is the perfect base for exploring Bristol and the surrounding area.


Location Highlights:
* Downtown Bristol (VA/TN): Just 1.2 miles away (a quick 6-minute drive), offering unique local restaurants, craft breweries, shopping, and the famous Blackbird Bakery.
* Hard Rock Casino Bristol: A 6-minute drive.
* Bristol Motor Speedway: Approximately a 20-minute drive (check traffic for race days!). Don't miss Speedway in Lights (November onwards), a spectacular 4-mile drive-through light display.
* Virginia Creeper Trail (Abingdon): Only a 20-minute drive to the trailhead.
* The Pinnacle Shopping Center: A convenient 10-minute drive for a wide variety of retail stores, restaurants, and entertainment.


Our Cozy Retreat:
This lovingly renovated family home offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
* Outdoor Space: Enjoy our spacious back deck, complete with comfortable seating, a gas grill, a new patio area, a gas fire pit, and a hot tub with a wood canopy.
* Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals with ease. We tried to provide most everything you would need, including basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, seasonings, and olive oil.
*Comfy Sleeping Arrangements: Main Floor: 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed. Loft: 1 Full bed
* Relaxing Living Spaces: Two love seats (one in the living area and one in the loft) provide plenty of seating.
* Entertainment: Enjoy Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in both the living area and loft. Please note: We do not have cable or satellite TV, but you can easily stream using your own accounts (Netflix, etc.).


Convenient Amenities:
* Full bathroom with a jet tub with shower on the main floor.
* Half bath in the loft.
* Washer and dryer.
* Iron, small ironing board, and clothing steamer.
* Paved driveway parking.


Kitchen Essentials Provided:
We've stocked the kitchen with most everything you might need:
* Basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil, some basic seasonings, vinegar, etc.)
* Measuring cups and spoons
* Mixing bowls, serving platters, etc.
* Chef's knives and cooking utensils
* Grater, zester, lemon juicer
* Immersion blender and hand mixer

Important Note: We have one security camera on the side of the house pointing down the driveway for security purposes. The yard is fully fenced, and there is a gate at the driveway.

Our stay at Deana’s bungalow was perfect. Great location to downtown and close to the Mendota trail. We loved how stocked the kitchen was with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. It was very much appreciated, as we did cook several meals during our stay. The home was very nice and cozy. The hot tub was a great way to relax during the chilly evenings. We will definitely stay here again if in the Bristol area.

My husband and I booked the property for a fall getaway, and the house was beautifully decorated and terrifically, tastefully stocked. The hot tub was amazing, and perfect for relaxing in the evening, and we made ot a point to use it at every chance. We did not have time to use the grill or fire pit, but appreciate their incusion. This offering would also be great for a friends' trip or small family. Deana was wonderful and easily accessible for communication.

This was our third time within a year staying at this property. A welcomed feeling was felt as soon as we opened the gate, and again as we stepped inside the house. Exceptionally clean and great attention to detail. Everything we needed was close at hand. Our hostess answered our text immediately when we let her know we had arrived. We will be staying again at Christmastime.

A relaxing gem!

This is a super clean, well appointed house with outstanding amenities; lovely patio, fire pitand hot tub. A very convenient place, just a few minutes from the Hard Rock casino and easy trip to downtown. The owners are attentive and very accommodating. We will be back!

Relaxing stay in Bristol

The house was beautiful and very clean. There was everything we could’ve needed for the weekend. The host stayed in communication with us making sure we had what we needed throughout the weekend. The location of the property was convenient to the new Hard Rock casino and hotel and downtown Bristol. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again thank you so much.

This property was absolutely perfect! We loved the outdoor space and enjoyed sitting outside and visiting in a very private and clean setting.The inside was decorated immaculately and was so comfortable. The owner went above and beyond by having a coffee bar set up and snacks and accessories needed. The attention to detail was wonderful. I am already trying to think up another reason to visit the area so I can stay here again!

It's Bristol Baby!

This house was everything the description said and more. It was very well done and the details from Deana were wonderful. She even left snacks on the counter and drinks in the refrigerator. The house was conveniently located to all the attractions in the area. The private back yard and hot tub were an added bonus. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Above and BEYOND

I was in the service industry for over 20 years. This cabin is literally above and beyond! She has thought of everything and more incredible attention to detail. It is clean. It is cozy and then some the host were amazing. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you for being awesome.

Perfect get away

Thes hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. The hot tub was one of tge best i have been in and tge kitchen was very stocked with anything you could desire. And plenty of special touches. Bristol and Abingdon were very easy to get to and the best little towns.

Swim Meet Long Weekend

This house is darling and so cozy but big enough for everyone to have their own space when needed. It is just as described but Deana is what makes this house special. She is the best host and provided so much extra. She even checked on us throughout our trip to make sure there was nothing we needed to make our stay special.
