Family Friendly Newfound Lake Home, Sleeps 10, Pool Table, Kayaks & Paddleboards

This custom-built home located in the heart of New Hampshire's lakes and mountains region is the perfect place for a family vacation! Not only does it sleep 10, but the layout allows for 2-3 families to stay together without feeling cramped. You can enjoy all the activities Newfound Lake has to offer, such as swimming and fishing or use this home as a base for day trips to nearby attractions. Plus, you'll have access to a private, shared beach on the best side of the lake, with stunning sunsets.

-THE SPACE-
This large 3000sqft home is great for vacationing! With two bedrooms downstairs and a master bedroom upstairs, there's plenty of space for family and friends. The living room, wet bar, high ceilings, and fully stocked kitchen give you all the comforts of home. And the outdoor patio is perfect for grilling out and enjoying the fire pit. The added bonus of a pool table and loft with 4 XL twin beds will make your vacation even more enjoyable. This home is the perfect place to make lifetime memories!

Please note that to reach the loft area on the third floor, a ladder is needed to be climbed which may not be suitable for all guests.

-GUEST ACCESS-
For your convenience, we offer a lockbox for self-check-in. This means you will be able to check-in quickly and easily, without the need for anyone to be present.

The driveway is large and can comfortably accommodate up to four vehicles.

No parking is allowed in the garage or on the patio. Thank you for understanding.

*Our private shared beach is right across the street. Kayaks, paddle boards, floats and a handful of beach chairs are available for use located in the garage. Please note that getting to the beach requires walking across a busy street, then down a wooded path that may not be suitable for all guests. Please message us with any questions.

Newfound Lake is known for having some of the cleanest water in the world, so you'll be sure to have a great time when you explore its shores. Our beach also is shallow and sandy for quite a ways out which is perfect for little ones and families looking to play and float. Water shoes are recommended.

*No pets
*No one under 25 can rent the property
*No events or parties.
*Only approved guests that are on the rental agreement are allowed on the property.
*No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes in the house.
*Quiet hours after 10pm.
*Please remove shoes when entering

A violation of any of these rules will result in being asked to leave the premises with no refund.

Please note that the driveway is monitored by a security camera during stays. The camera is mounted above the garage door on the right hand side. No cameras or recording devices are anywhere else on the property.

We had the most wonderful vacation! The home is spacious and beautiful. My kids LOVED having so much space. So amazing to have all the stuff for the lake all set for us. The lake is extremely shallow for a long way out which was AWESOME for my kids but harder for my 80yo mom who wanted to be able to swim. But we just drove to Wellington to make that easier. The only thing that I didn’t realize, and this would not impact most families, but the main living room and bathroom with walk-in shower is up a decent staircase. You enter the house “downstairs”. I was traveling with elderly parents and visiting with family who used canes and walkers. It ended being just fine! Because the kids ran around upstairs and the older folks sat downstairs. I just think it’d be helpful to know if anyone was traveling with someone who can’t do stairs. My dad could not walk to beach but we knew that going in. The house is absolutely big enough for 3 families! The neighbors were incredible. The fire pit so fun! Pool table so fun! I want to go back RIGHT NOW :)

Wonderful family vaca !

Our family stay at your home was wonderful ! The location worked out well. The Layout of the home was perfect for a large family. The owner was very responsive to our questions and the blow up toys in the garage for the beach were just perfect. Thank you so very much! It’s a vacation we will never forget ! And although the week was hot we had one day we could use the fire pit - Wonderful memories !

The Best!

Looking for a great place to bring family/friends? This is the place. No linens, no towels, no worries. It’s all here for you. Spotless, pool table, 2 big bathrooms, huge living area. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, glassware, silverware. Propane grill, fire pit, outdoor chairs and anything else you need for a great stay. Can’t recommend this house and these owners more. Book it today!

We came to celebrate life with family and friends. All mature ladies who love to laugh. 3 participated in the NH half marathon, 2 participated in the 10k, and 3 scoured the surrounding area to provide Red Velvet cupcakes to the runners at the end. The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our time together. It was conveniently located to allow us to explore and enjoy the beautiful area as the leaves changed. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen. Fantastic hosts who were very communicative and supportive as we planned our trip there. We even met friendly neighbors! What a wonderful trip.

Newfound Vacation 2023

This is the 40 the year that my family has vacationed on Newfound Lake and this by far one of the the best accommodations we have ever had. It rained off and on the entire week but staying in this home made it seem sunny every day. My 2 year old grandson enjoyed his third Newfound vacation (he alrady miises "Foon Lake") and he had plenty of room to run around and play as well as a quiet away place to nap. There w/ere also 6 adults and we found the ability to relax, eat, and just plain be with each other was absolutely the best. The home was clean, modern, and comfortable, even on the hottest days. We were able to enjoy the patio and fire pit one evening and even made smores in the rain. The shared beach was a bit of a walk and small but adequate for our group to enjoy. It would have been wonderful to have a deck and lake views but the home itself makes up for all of those things. This has by far been one of our best Newfound vacations and look forward to returning for our 41st Newfound Lake family vacation.

Amazing Vacation Rental!

This property was truly incredible. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s new, clean, well stocked and in an excellent location. The welcome guide was complete with detailed instructions that included pictures. It was so thorough that we had no questions about anything at all. Our family enjoyed every second in this home and we can’t wait to return. We made some wonderful memories. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay!

A few glitches but pretty good

The house itself is beautiful - the photos don’t do it justice. The property manager was responsive when we reached out the first couple times. The problem was that there were multiple issues and we didn’t want to keep reaching out. Arrived and couldn’t find remote for fireplace so it was up to is to dig around and move massive sectional to find it. Not a problem. Took shower and drain was slow leaving my feet in inches of water. Got Liquid Plumber, problem sorted. Went to use dish drying mat in kitchen drawer- covered with old food. Spices spilled all over inside kitchen cabinet. Crumbs in sectional. Dust bunnies under bed. All very off putting, especially when you’re paying a cleaning fee. On the next to last day, the water began smelling like rust. The smell increased to the point that we smelled rusty after showering! I understand well water has various smells/tastes but this was extreme and I would strongly recommend that the owners install whole house filtration system. Overall a mixed bag.

We had a great Christmas stay. The house was decorated and it made us feel special :) What a great responsive , landlord and what a great location to relax even In the winter. Multiple ski resorts near by !!

Beautiful House

This is a gorgeous and very spacious house. My kids absolutely loved it and I bet it's even better in the summer when you can use all the fun toys in the garage on the lake. Host had great communication - we had a tree branch fall near the propane tanks outside and they had someone over to make sure everything was ok within the hour. My sister was married at the Inn around the corner so the location was wonderful for us. Would absolutely stay here again.

Labor Day Weekend

We spent the long weekend here with our two teenage sons and a few of their friends. The house was equipped with absolutely everything we needed - bedding, towels, beach towels, beach and lake toys and more! We all enjoyed playing pool all weekend and spreading out comfortably in the spacious house. We watched movies and made plenty of meals in the kitchen. The private beach is small but sufficient, Newfound Lake is gorgeous as always, and all the neighbors we met were very friendly. We had a great time and hope to make it back again soon.

Phenomenal Lake Home

If you are looking for a great place to be together with family, this is the place. Sleeping for 10 in pure comfort. A short walk to the lake. Fire pit, patio, chairs and picnic table all add to the comfort of this home. Kayaks and tubes for use at the lake are there for your enjoyment. We had many nights of playing pool on the new pool table. Kitchen is large and modern and very easy to prepare those big meals. We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful home, wonderful hosts!

Newfound lake is our favorite in New Hampshire, and this home allowed us to enjoy every moment. Though it is not directly on the lake, it's just a 2 minute walk to a private shared beach. Wellington State Park ( our favorite) is just 15 away. The home is gorgeous and easy for a family to spread out and relax together. Having the kayaks, paddleboards, float chairs, etc was the icing on the cake. Angelina was the consummate host. Every question was responded to within a couple of minutes. Thank you so much for a truly delightful stay!

The house was clean when we arrived, and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay! Plenty of space for a family or friend get together, and close enough to town if you need to make quick grocery trips or get dinner! Would definitely stay here again!
