LET'S START WITH THE PROS:Kitchen area was great! There are definitely enough utensils and cooking tools to cook what you need.Barbeque area looked great.Outside seating good.Everything was clean.Very close to groceries and main road. There is only one shower, in the basement, it is spacious and the rain shower head was great. Many towels were available and thick. Paper towels were also provided for easy use.The master bedroom was a purple mattress and was fine.TV monitors in both bedrooms, living room, and upstairs entertainment room.Closet sufficient.Steamer provided - Great, we had to steam dresses for weddings.Diana is very responsive.Grounds very nice.CONS:Not a 4 bedroom house. There are 2 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom connects to the 2nd bedroom and is an office space. It has a thin mattress thrown over a frame that is 3 feet wide and 5.5. feet long. It seems like more of a lounge chair or bed for a small child. There's an odd opening partially covered by a vertical bookcase. Not the safest and provides little privacy since it faces the uncovered front door.Other bedroom is up the narrow spiral slippery staircase. Futon is a thin mattress, not comfortable. Many windows, sun comes in the morning.Piano is decor, fragile and not in tune.Master large, 6 inch drop between the floors with black tile on black tile. Beautiful to look at the stars, but no stopping the sun in the morning.Had trouble with the lock box getting in.work out at gyms 5 min away nt thr.
