“The hotel is under renovation, there are work on the hall but they are not creating problems. The room are already renovated and they are very good. Also breakfast is good”

“AGAIN THE HOTEL HAD NO RECORD OF THIS BILLING AND SO I COULD NOT BOOK THE ROOM THROUGH EXPEDIA. IT ALSO HAPPENED AT ANOTHER HOTEL 15 MINUTES OR SO EARLIER. I HAD BETTER NOT GET CHARGED FOR EITHER OF THESE. AND IT SURE WOULD BE NICE IF I COULD SPEAK TO A REAL LIVE PERSON FROM EXPEDIA ABOUT THIS, BUT ALL I GET IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES THAT NIGHT TO CONTACT EXPEDIA BUT I COULDN'T GET THROUGH.”
