“The staff went over and above and were absolutely wonderful but the rooms weren’t what you’d expect in a hotel like that. The lobby was so stunning that we were slightly underwhelmed by the rooms. Only true downfall is the jets weren’t working in the hot tub!”

I also couldn't sleep because the hotel is located next to a busy rail junction. Trains were passing throughout the night, constantly sounding their horns. Cleanliness was another issue.
