“The unit was very clean. Bed was comfy tho the duvet kept slipping off bed and comforter inside also slipped to end of duvet . Everything worked well. The gym was in the basement and the temp was a bit warm. There was adequate equipment. We used the laundry facilities and all worked well. The hot tub etc was not working. Breakfast was good and I loved that they served real butter for the toast. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!!”

“The staff were welcoming, helpful and very friendly. The room was large and well appointed, and bed and pillows extremely comfy. The area is a little sketchy but close to the train station where we got off. The continental breakfast could use improvements such as lactose-free and gluten friendly options.”

“Amazing service and so kind. Our rooms were exceptionally clean and loved the hot beverage options in the lobby. On previous visits I’ve even had Teams meetings in the seating area at the front. Welcoming staff. After a 17 hour drive it was a smooth check-in and a comfortable sleep.”
