“We had an accessible room for myself and the wife and an adjoining bedroom for the father-in-law while we had a few days visiting family the rooms as always were clean and well presented tea and coffee facilities beds were lovely and comfy the only down side is the accessible rooms only come with double beds would of been better if twin beds as the wife has issues and disturbs me while sleeping so don’t get a refreshing sleep ”

“Very convenient for Tesla open to all chargers on the holiday inn car park. Sagar Indian restaurant 5 mins drive is great. Comfortable stop for Liverpool and Manchester.”

The only thing i dont understand is the £5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra £5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...

Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast.”

“We had a great stay overall. Parking was a bit tricky to find initially (go past the pub then turn left) but reception told me where to park. Comfortable room with all amenities provided to cook. Wasn’t absolutely spotless but it was clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff and the phone passes were a faff but it worked out well in the end. Option to get cards so that’s nice. Overall very comfy and would happily stay again, especially if it was cheaper.”
