“Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints. ”

“Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great.”

“I booked a last-minute night away at The Red Pump Inn in Bashall Eaves, and it completely surpassed my expectations. The pub and accommodation are absolutely charming, with beautiful rooms, perfect location, and wonderful ambiance. However, this 275-year-old establishment had a few surprises up its sleeve! Not only was the food superb, but the 'spirits' were surprisingly friendly. My room had a distinct energy that genuinely surprised a complete non-believer, and the wonderful hosts later...

“Luckily we did get a parking space as they can be limited. Beautiful room and lovely and clean. Bar well stocked. Breakfast had a variety of choices. ”

“Room furnishings are very dated and in a state of disrepair e.g. stained carpets, furniture drawers wonky and not closing properly, door handles coming off, the list is endless! I had to request a change of room which was slightly better and the in-room safe didn’t work. And when explaining this to staff I was asked what colour the safe was and was then met with an ‘ah, ok’, as if they expected it not to be working from the colour it was, remarkable! Evening meal was no better than supermarket...

“Room was newly renovated and very spacious. Gym and pool were excellent, best gym I’ve ever seen as a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we slept awfully, the hotel/room above us was so noisy. All we could hear all evening and through the night was the tv, banging and snoring. ”

“Hotel ricavato da una tipica casa vittoriana rinnovata e rimessa a specchio dai proprietari. 7/8 camere in tutto, posizionate al primo e secondo piano, senza ascensore e con le famigerate e ripidissime scale inglesi. La camera sebbene minuscola vantava do un organizzazione migliore della valigia di Mary Poppins. Non mancava proprio nulla, inclusi biscotti e cioccolatini per allietare la serata. Tutto l'hotel si distingue per la pulizia e per la cordialità dei proprietari che non mancheranno di...
