“Did advise that i would need to check in earlier, when i arrived there was no room available for me- so i had to check in after our wedding. Would have liked a hairdryer. Also, they advised me that i had a balance outstanding which was not true”

“Had the most amazing service from Tumi and the team. From arranging a late check in and leaving our key with the friendly security Hendrik, to getting breakfast in the room delivered by Rhoda and Ayesha, the service was simply extraordinary. Would also like to acknowledge Amina who was to clean our room after our departure.

“Stay was really nice, and I enjoyed the style of the place. Rooms are very spacious. A suggestion is to give better indication and directions of exactly where to locate reception. It was not very clear. I arrived late at night and it was dark already and could not locate reception for check in.”

“We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. We were escorted to our room shortly after and given a brief walkthrough to show us how everything worked, which keys are for which door, etc.

“We stayed in one of the suites which was very spacious with both a large seating area inside and a small terrace. The staff were very helpful throughout. The restaurant was nice for dinner but closed fairly early in the evening (about 9). Breakfast was very plentyful in fact more than we could eat so we were given a doggy bag and ate the cold meat and cheese for lunch.”

“Perfect location for my trip to University of Pretoria. Close to Hatfield Gautrain station, around the corner from campus. The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely. I had a room with a full kitchen, which was very helpful for my weeklong trip. Lovely breakfast added in and this was the perfect BnB! I will be back!”
