“It’s a beautiful place well maintained and clean. The rooms were clean and the bedding fresh. They had electricity issues the power was tripping on and off at night as a result our food was cold including our coffees. The tripping happening throughout the night including in the morning the following day. They did not have alternative power.”

“This is really nice accommodation and the staff are very efficient and prompt when dealing with any issues My only slight problem is that I asked for late checkout ( being a platinum member), they declined my request which was fine by me but what I found upsetting was the frequent emails reminding me to checkout over 24hrs before my checkout time, there were literally pestering me at some point Other than that it’s a beautiful venue”

“The staff were friendly and helpful..the rooms were clean and tidy and also the amenities were good...only one major issue is when there was a power failure for about 16 hours we didn't have any backup power supply from the hotel....other than that it was a great stay.”

“The room is spacious and clean with a little kitchenette that has more than adequate facilities. Check-in with seamless and staff for friendly, even allowed me to check in earlier as I arrived before was expected. Needed to leave early in the morning for a flight and they got me a private transfer at a reasonable price, which showed up on time. Air-conditioning worked and water was available. Showers were good. Nice spacious pool and courtyard area, though I didn’t get to make use of this due to...
