Hotel vicino a Broad Creek Marsh - Annapolis

“Food is good, room appeared clean but found a fake nail in the shower and shower floor looked not really being cleaned”

“I never stayed there and I never checked in because immediately I entered the hotel there was this terrible smell that welcomed me at the reception and the place was looking so old and not okay even for that much price and they also refused to refund me despite the fact that I came so early and couldn’t stand the place not even half refund for the two days .What I saw on their page was partial refund but they refused to refund for both days.Expedia disappointed me in choosing this kind of hotel...

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Our family has traveled quite extensively around the US and I've never been in a hotel that was so utterly disgusting to be in zero service and poor customer service. Find anywhere else to stay even if that means staying in your own car. The room itself had paint peeling off the ceiling with cracks on every wall. The floor was buckling from a poor installation, and there was rust on the front door hinges the bathroom hinges with paint...

“The brunch setting and setup looked amazing. Sadly, we had plans to eat in DTA and didn’t get to experience the brunch. The vibes of the hotel, the attentive staff, and the housekeeping was top notch. We are returning to stay again for commissioning week!”

“The room was over the garage. You couldn’t stand up in half the room as the ceiling was too low. Multiple tripping areas walking into and out of the space. No heat in bathroom. You have to walk to the front of house to enter for coffee in the morning. They have the nerve to charge you to park at the house. ”

“All in all I’m satisfied with the hotel, but I prefer harder mattresses, so the bed was a little uncomfortable for me. The breakfast is good, but it took very long to come out, even if there was nobody eating at the same time. ”
