“I am completing this form from Italy, the next step on our trip. Unfortunately, this site wants me to fill out the review in Italian, which I cannot do. There doesn't seem to be a way of changing that to English. Premier Suites in Reading gave us a very large apartment, well equipped, pleasant staff and good value. “We stayed at this hotel for one night, coming from London for the reading Festival. We arrived around 12 pm so the rooms were not ready but we could check-in and leave our luggage. The location is fantastic if you're arriving by train as it is right in front of the station. We were back later and were given the room key. Our room was quiet, had a very nice decor and modern appliances. The check-out was at 12 pm, and we really enjoyed that we could sleep a bit longer than the average 11 am check...

“5 minute walk from shops and restaurants. Reception was polite and friendly - showed us to our room straight away. Room was clean although dated which we were expecting given the price. Only a couple of issues with the room: Mattress was springy and likely worn as we kept rolling towards the middle. The extractor fan didn't switch off after we switched off the bathroom light. ”
