Hotel vicino a Broad Street Mall - Reading

“Everything was awesome!!”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night, coming from London for the reading Festival. We arrived around 12 pm so the rooms were not ready but we could check-in and leave our luggage. The location is fantastic if you're arriving by train as it is right in front of the station. We were back later and were given the room key. Our room was quiet, had a very nice decor and modern appliances. The check-out was at 12 pm, and we really enjoyed that we could sleep a bit longer than the average 11 am check...

“I am completing this form from Italy, the next step on our trip. Unfortunately, this site wants me to fill out the review in Italian, which I cannot do. There doesn't seem to be a way of changing that to English. Premier Suites in Reading gave us a very large apartment, well equipped, pleasant staff and good value. If you are driving, getting to the hotel involves a hellish one-way system and the entrance is not well sign-posted for the car park. You will be seeing a lot of Reading, several...

“Very pleasant staff. Both in reception as well as at the breakfast!”

“The room was lovely and bed supper comfy but then that would be expected as the room was expensive for what it was. Some biscuits with tea and coffee would have been nice. The toilet paper was very cheap quality which surprised me. Shower was fabulous and a good size. Tv was great quality and massive too. I hand the breakfast which was …’ok’ not bad but again quality was not great. Hash browns were not great at all a lacked flavour, texture and were like overcooked deep fried triangles of mash...

“Kitchen cutlery was dirty, whole flat was dirty, dusty, we were sneezing soon as we arrived, complained and was moved rooms but was still dusty. Mites on sills, dirt in units. Area is awful no amenities close by. Emailed staff who did email back, then I called kept putting me on hold eventually asked to speak to manager. Car park bays are tight someone damaged our car. Sofa was battered, dirty floors, marks on bedding, dirty blinds, bin wasn't working or shower gel container, oven was noisy,...
