The weather was very hot but the apartment had 2 fans in it for us to use.
The apartments are new so everything worked. The apartment was stylish & finished to a high standard. The kitchenette had everything you might need.”

“Skyes Cottage - the property manager? was extremely hard to reach. I wanted to ask them if I could leave my backpack there before check in time, but couldn’t reach them by phone nor WhatsApp messages, just uncontactable. As a result, I sat in a restaurant for 3 hours waiting for the check-in time to arrive because I couldn’t go anywhere with my heavy backpack. Worst of all, the WhatsApp chatbot then finally replied, but saying that my problem was “resolved”, ridiculous.

“Lovely country pub in a beautiful village. Friendly check in. Room was basic with separate bathroom but we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Ample supply of tea and coffee. Lovely meal in the Indian restaurant. Continental breakfast was very basic but the cooked breakfast was lovely with perfectly cooked poached eggs.”
