“Food was excellent. A problem between hotels.com system and the hotels system led to a bit of an issue as I’d paid for half board but that hadn’t been communicated to the property. I believe it’s now sorted. However, the hotel was lovely and the food great. ”

“The hotel is located in the village of Blockley, one of our favourite villages in the Cotswolds, as it is completely untouristy and truly charming. It is also very close to other villages, all easily reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the staff were extremely kind and even upgraded our room, giving us a very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, ordered from the menu, was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay”
