“A last-minute decision for us to stay having booked to eat in the restaurant and we weren't disappointed. Our room was spotlessly clean and more spacious than expected. We needed to look for someone in order to check in but in all other respects the staff were very welcoming and attentive.”

“Absolutely amazing 3 night stay. Lovely village, lovely warm welcome, lovely couple who run the sun inn and they couldnt do enough for you to make sure our stay was comfortable and fantastic. Very dog friendly which was fantastic too. We had meals every night here at the sun inn as the food was fantastic. Yes limited menu, but we always found something tasty to order. “Langley Castle Hotel is set in the most beautiful countryside, surrounded by tall trees and grassy lawns, where peacocks roam. The staff were lovely. Professional, friendly and highly efficient. Kaycee on Reception, deserves a special mention because she went over and above what he duties are. She really made our stay perfect. ”

“The place is an ancient inn in a wonderful spot of the countryside. Perfect for trips along Hadrian's wall or nice walks in the fields. No restaurants in the area except the inn's one, where it's possibile to eat until 8.30 pm. Excellent beer until late. The toilet area is really tiny, but the rooms are lovely.”
