“Bed super comfy, place super cosy. Tom (host) is a one of a kind man. So welcoming, so kind and super generous. Offered out his own apples in the Morning (can’t promise the same for you haha). I can’t recommend staying here more.”

It’s in a great location right in the heart of Clun, making it easy to explore the village and enjoy the surrounding countryside. “The hotel was as always clean and tidy with very polite and helpful staff. The only problem was with the swimming pool and spa area . The pool was very dirty and the jacuzzi was broken apparently broken for a while . This said it is still exceptionally good value and the first time of a few visits that the pool has been below standards. We will definitely go again . ”

“Good communal area for children and staff were pleasant. However there was a very strong unpleasant smell thoughout the hotel and in the rooms. There was also large stains on the carpet in the hallways which were wet - we assume they had been recently cleaned. Breakfast was ok - however they had ran out off pastries when we attended at 9.30. Overall unlikely to stay again due to cleanliness/smell. ”
