“We were attending a gig a Ludlow Castle, most accommodation was booked or expensive at Ludlow for the night of the gig so we chose to stop at Stokestay Hotel because there was a train station close that we could catch there and back. The Stokesay staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent and bar prices good so we would not hesitate to stop there again.”

“Room clean & had basic facilities available. No heating control available in room. Parking is available but spread out & difficult to find at times. Lots of steps to some rooms & around the grounds mean it’s difficult for people with mobility issues. The catering arrangements are ok with the Queens cafe food good but limited choice, seating feels like you are sitting in a corridor due to the open plan design. Breakfast buffet is ok but not very hot food & no tea available, with very limited...
