“The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food over in the restaurant in the Sheraton was very delicious. Basically across the street was Asia town with a whole bunch of Asian restaurants. It was lovely and if we’re back in Richmond Hill again, we will stay at that hotel.”

“Great location, beautiful architecture but there was no dining options, the desk staff wear many hats so often there was a “be right back” sign out and some of them did not appear to enjoy working their shift.
Strong chlorine smell in the lobby, no dining options, the shower curtain fell down when I hung a wet towel on it (I’m old so I knew how to fix it), housekeeping every third day but if you appreciate character hotels those issues are worth the experience.”

“Booked 2 rooms in one transaction. Upon check in they said they only had one room, initially. Got it sorted and got the 2 rooms. Not beside each other, but on same floor. Also, the next morning, is it customary for housekeeping to knock on your door at 8:14am? Never experienced that before at any hotel.
We stayed there 3 months ago for multiple nights, that was a much better stay. ”

“All the staff I met were incredible people and made me feel completely at home.
My room was spotless and smelled great.
At this point I was really impressed.
But..
One I settled in, that’s where the problems started 😞
I was there for 3 days. For the 3 days the ice machine was broken and probably longer.
My microwave was broken
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I felt every spring in the mattress.
The doors on the dresser were seized
The mini fridge was warmer than the room.
The breakfast...
