“Prima le cose positive: la metro è a 2 minuti, linee 4 e 5, comodissime. La stazione è sporca, puzza, con i topi, ma è roba comune a NY. L'hotel è in una zona isolata e poco rassicurante ma l'accoglienza è buona e il personale abbastanza disponibile. Le stanze invece sono piccole, ma sfruttate al massimo della praticità. Niente armadio, comunque. Pulizia così così, il letto a castello di mio figlio non è mai stato rifatto in 5 giorni. Il nodo è la presenza a fianco del letto del lavandino ma...

“Absolutely loved our stay. For starters the hotel in general smelled AMAZING! Having 3 children can be a lot, but we had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and even called to see if we needed anything after we settled into our room. The suite was super clean and cozy and gave condo vibes. The breakfast was also very good and had plenty to choose from. Parking was a breeze and convenient. We will be returning! ”

“Overall, the building was well maintained and the property was clean. We did experience an issue with the first room we were assigned, but we were moved promptly. However, the access codes were not properly updated, which caused a problem on the second day when we were unable to reenter the property.
