“Great property! Would stay here again.”

“We stayed for three nights with the primary goal of shore fishing Lake Sam Rayburn. The wooded setting is peaceful, and the deck is a relaxing place to enjoy nature. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, those aspects were enjoyable.Unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations based on the listing and photos. Our biggest disappointment was the fishing access. During our stay, the lake level was extremely low, leaving only 1–2 feet of water along the shoreline. While the owner can’t...

“The house and property was a perfect fit for us. The host was very informative and friendly. We would definitely stay again in the future.”

“We loved the big deck and how close the community pool was.The houses were very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable also. It was great that it was pet friendly. We wish the second house, the Boat House, had been closer but it was still walkable and it was great having two spaces.”

“Was nothing like the description. There is a NO lake front, you cant get to the lake without having to be a member of the rayburn country club or trespass through someone's yard, there is no hot tub, the pool is for members only as well as the beach bar in the listing. the grill is a fire hazard as it is caked with drippings and has tin foil on the burners, couldn't play pool without buying new pool sticks as the ones supplied are broken, the grilling deck has boards that are no even...

“The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Parking was also convenient, which made things much easier. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.”

“Everything was clean. Staff was nice”

“Its ecpno .. what you expect”

“Directions and address to property is a little different than what we thought but it was fine and we had a great time”

“The room was clean, air didn't work so had to buy a fan, pillows were flat so had to buy pillows. No coffee or donuts for breakfast. Okay for the price. Oh, pool was empty and green.”

“Great place to stay with all you could ask for”

“Absolutely love this house, it was so beautiful located in the perfect spot!”
