“The hallways wallpaper, lobby area are looking brand new and well maintained. The rooms were spacious clean. My only concern is that the bathrooms need to be renovated. This was my second stay at this hotel. I thought maybe by the time I came the second time that they would’ve worked on the bathrooms. The tub area is tiled and it’s old tile with mildew grout. There’s lots of grab bars, but when you have to step over the tub to get in, it’s not really very safe. Staff were always pleasant and...

“The toilet in the room was broken. We complained about it at the front desk. They claimed a maintenance person would come and fix it, no one showed up. Complained again, with no offer to switch to a room with a working toilet. So I fixed it myself. Purchased a stay for two rooms, they had us put a security deposit. Both room came to $108 combined. They did not reimburse me even after I left the room in better shape than I found it. I think those who run it are scammers.”

“Awful stay. First waited in line to check in for over 20 mins, the line didn’t move, so we left to get to our event and decided to check in when we returned. When we got there then late in the night, it still took very long. Supposedly the computer said all the rooms were dirty, so the worker was going to check each room. Then put a/c did not work. The pool was out of service. Only had two towels in the room.”

“Such a cute hotel with so many different lounge areas. I had 3 kids and we had fun grilling on the patio while we played bags and later watched the World Cup games by the fire. A really nice atmosphere and such a nice hotel. Staff was friendly, rooms were perfect. Definitely a must stay!”
