Peacefull hilltop cottage with huge ocean views!

A hilltop setting among the pines, great for a romantic get-a-way or a serine, getaway for the individual. The property is extremely private with expansive ocean views from every window and a relaxing patio for sunsets. Above the fog line (usually). 3 miles to the beach and 4 to town. Many guests find themselves, just hanging out, a very relaxing and soothing property. Many birds including Pileated woodpecker and Quail. Incredible night skies! Very, very clean (my wife) and comfortable. See photos. Every year we plant new flowers, lots of new improvements, new heating system, new hot water heater, new bed and bedding and new paint.
