“Available quickly and close to where we needed to be when the weather turned to snow. Shopping and restaurants close. It met and exceded our expectation.”

“my wifi wouldnt work just to find out as i was leaving that they had spelled my last name wrong which is used to connect to the wifi. they had sandli instead of sandlin but the staff as beyond excellent! The check in guy and the shuttle drivers were so kind asnd considerate. we are going back in october and taking another couple and geting 2 rooms ”

“On Expedia, this property is listed as No pets allowed, which is why we chose it. I have allergies and need a no pet location. While there, we saw several dogs in the hotel. Their actual website says pets allowed. Expedia has the wrong information!!!”

“The staff was phenomenal. Even at check in the front desk person told me my floor but not my room for safety as to not announce my room number out loud which I really appreciated especially traveling with small children. He went above and beyond when I needed an extra blanket and even let me pick mine out. I got 3 hours away and realized I left my Apple Watch in the room, called back and they put it in the safe for me! ”

“Clean room, staff were friendly and helpful despite working nonstop during snowstorm. They were constantly working to clear out snow with just shovel and broom. I saw them after greeting guests they jumped right out to clear snow. What a hard working folks that night when we pulled in. ”
