“Road noise, even with ear plugs, was a lot. Did not like having thermostat control. Host was responsive to remote temperature change request. The curtains and lack of curtains allow in too much light from passing cars and the sun. The bed was smaller than I expected. However it was mentioned in the description. The home itself was very beautiful and cozy. Nice view. Loved the books and board games available in the home. You can tell the host takes pride in their property. ”

“Our stay at Tides' Reach was memorable and I will begin by saying that we would stay here again. The home is spacious, the property is secluded yet easy to find. Between walks down to the river, sitting around a campfire or family games at the table, there are plenty of activities to keep everyone busy.We arrived at night under the stars....beautiful, but very dark. “The house was nice, newer updates and a step up from the typical lake rentals in Maine. The main floor has a nice kitchen, living room, dining, master bedroom and full bath. Wish the upstairs had more than a loveseat for gathering and watching tv. The downstairs is big, has a bedroom, living area, and half bath.
