Hotel vicino a Brooks Hill Winery - Louisville

“Firstly I want to say they claimed continental breakfast. But there was nothing continental about the breakfast. Secondly I booked a king bed they gave a 2 double beds. When I went to the front desk I was told they switched my rooms with no refund on the price difference. The room was horribly cleaned. Bathtub was horrendous. Dropped something behind the night stand and it was extremely dirty. No night stand bible. The WiFi didn’t work at all. ”

“It’s a basic and decent hotel. No bells and whistles and definitely does the job. It could use some updates. The TVs don’t allow for streaming, the toilet paper holder was broken and barely hanging on, but again, it definitely and ok hotel. ”

“The hotel and staff at this Marriott were excellent. Everything was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Breakfast was more than we had expected and better than many other hotels we have stayed at. Highly recommend a stay here. ”

“Very nice hotel. Room had fridge, but no microwave ( no biggie for us). Coffee was available 24 hours in lobby . Room was modern and had plenty of USB ports.”

“Breakfast had enough options for my family and was being monitored and restocked. The room was clean and large. We appreciated the size of the bathroom and the curtain between spaces. Staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.”

“I enjoyed my stay. Property is painting so a bit dirty outside but it looks nice. Staff was helpful and wonderful. Room was clean. Internet worked great. Outdoor property so I was able to park in front of the room so had that convenience. Quiet and away from highway. I think this property will look and be great once done. ”

“Sketchy at best... first shift staff well let's just this. Don't leave anything in your room, your not willing to donate, or otherwise give away. For example there was a recent private Air Show nearby while checking out a customer came complaining that his sodas, and energy drinks were missing from his fridge. He had attended the air show earlier that day....but was a prepaid stay over. However, the top notch housekeeping team feels anything left in the room is theirs by proxy ”

“Nothing felt safe about this place. Don’t stay with a child of any age. Homeless and people clearly on drugs living in the elevator and all around the parking lot. I missed that there was no refrigerator in the room. Super outdated no working outlets. Unfortunately we only had 6 hours to eat dinner/sleep and get back on the road or we would’ve left. Hair on towel when unfolded, stain on sheet. Hot water and water pressure for the shower we great though. People puking in the parking lot in the...

“Parking is not secure, staff is rude, waits for you to leave, and enters your room searching through your personal belongings for “smoking” when you aren’t there, gave me a discounted rate for my emotional support animal and then acted like it never happened. Harassed my entire family the entire stay. Every time they saw us it was, “where is the dog”, “what room are you in”, “where is your I.d.”, “your room smells nice, what perfume is that”, etc. Bed bugs galore, dog piss in hallways, workers...
