“Staff was friendly, but roaches in room”

“After a bad experience at another hotel, we booked rooms here. Immediately the front desk folks were absolutely AMAZING. SO kind and helpful. They got us checked in very quickly. They didn't even blink an eye about the dog with us. Our room was fantastic. The bathroom was a little small-cant close the door without stepping beside the toilet. “Near the conference center and the airport, great position, new and clean”

“Very surprised how well kept this hotel was. Usually hotels by the airport aren't that nice. This one was a little under-priced for the rating by others, so had kinda low expectations. Pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice it looked. Staff was very helpful. Finally, the breakfast was really one of the better breakfast buffets we had. Scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pork patties & sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy, french toast, muffins, pastry and donuts. The waitress stocking the buffet...

“Unfortunately I was given a room key that already had another guest staying in the room. I walked in on a stranger. Felt unsafe, mistakes happen, but I also wasn’t compensated and I had to wait at the front desk for a long time while checking in and getting the problem fixed. Disappointing stay.”

“Plenty of parking space, room is spacious and clean. Very close to SDF airport and have free shuttle to airport so it was convinient for me and my son after we check out. The front desk staffs are so nice and proffessional, help me to check in early with out any hassle and adfitional fee, since we arrived 3hours early of check in time. The area is quiet,and have more hitels next to it. Will recommend to other travelers.”

“I did not have a pleasant stay at your establishment, I had to change rooms twice, the first room the toilet was out of order, the next room the dogs were constantly barking that was across from that room, I did not get a chance to move in there, the third room had black mold on the wall by the window. We finally moved into a room (not clean) at around 3am and we overslept and missed the wedding ceremony. "Hell Night" I tried to include the pictures but having difficulty.”
