“After a bad experience at another hotel, we booked rooms here. Immediately the front desk folks were absolutely AMAZING. SO kind and helpful. They got us checked in very quickly. They didn't even blink an eye about the dog with us. Our room was fantastic. The bathroom was a little small-cant close the door without stepping beside the toilet. “Unfortunately I was given a room key that already had another guest staying in the room. I walked in on a stranger. Felt unsafe, mistakes happen, but I also wasn’t compensated and I had to wait at the front desk for a long time while checking in and getting the problem fixed. Disappointing stay.”

“Plenty of parking space, room is spacious and clean. Very close to SDF airport and have free shuttle to airport so it was convinient for me and my son after we check out. The front desk staffs are so nice and proffessional, help me to check in early with out any hassle and adfitional fee, since we arrived 3hours early of check in time. The area is quiet,and have more hitels next to it. Will recommend to other travelers.”

A customer was stuck on the elevator for 45 minutes. We stayed here a year ago and it seemed to be in better shape. The best thing was the price.”
