“Yikes... Is the best way to describe this motel. It is very run down, dirty and doesn't smell very nice. The parking area is very ruff, full of pot holes and debris. There is a factory behind the motel that has big trucks running in and out of all night, creating a lot of noise. The breakfast was subpar...but I wouldn't have eaten anything in there anyway because of the lack of cleanliness.
I booked this thinking it would be okay because all the other motels in the area were booked.

“I had a wonderful stay at the Cottonwood Airport & Expo Hotel Louisville. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Truly exceptional service from start to finish. The hotel and rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, I enjoyed my stay and would return. I recommend it to others!”

“Very clean. Loved the tub. Nice to have owners close/on site. Much better than dealing with a "rental company". Very spacious without feeling like wasted space. Just and FYI, if you're coming in winter, pay attention to the weather. The driveway can be a little dicey with snow. ”

“When we checked in Friday, that was the only time the pool had towels. This definitely needs to be better maintained. The elevators need to be inspected - flicker lights constantly in one, and we got stuck in the other one for 30 seconds at one point.
We did not request a handicap suite, but got one, which is fine. The room was clean and spacious. When we needed extra towels, they were brought up within 5 minutes. The breakfast spread was good, nice variety.
