“my family really enjoyed our stay at this property! each room was very clean and the beds comfortable, being so close to ithaca falls was an incredible added bonus as well, and our host was communicative and helpful. would definitely recommend and stay again ”

“We had the most amazing stay! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful decor — every space felt thoughtfully designed, stylish, and welcoming. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable (which is rare to find in a rental!), and everyone slept so well.My daughters and their friends absolutely loved the fun karaoke stage — it made the trip extra special and created so many great memories. The hot tub was another huge hit and the perfect way to relax at the end of the...

“We stayed here with our whole family and had such a lovely time. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to really enjoy our stay. We especially appreciated all the amenities, which were great and made everything easy and relaxing for the whole family. The house was clean, well cared for, and felt very welcoming. A great place for a family getaway”

“This was a lovely property, very clean and comfortable. It is close to many points of interest and there is a nice walking path along the river.”

“Very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't hot. I called the owner and they gave some instructions about the buttons but it didn't work. They didn't get back to us. They had said to close the top but they didn't tell us that if we closed the top for a certain amount of time it would heat up. The next morning it was hot but we had to depart by 10am so we didn't get to use it. I was frustrated that they didn't get back to us in the evening and didn't sa3how long to leave it closed to get...

“This home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The updated kitchen had plenty of good utensils, dishes and cookware. The hot tub was in excellent shape. The wifi was very good.Keep in mind that this is a very old, refurbished home that has the expected quirks which add charm - tight bathrooms, some slightly sloping wood floors, steep stairs. We would definitely consider staying here if we visit Ithaca again!”

“We needed to book a new place last minute and the house was great for us. We were meeting up with family and enjoyed the hot tub and the spacious dining area for a fun evening. Will definitely come back when we have more time to explore the area. Great location for walking and watching the crew teams practice.”

“The house had plenty of room for my group. Host was very responsive. Everything was as stated in the listing we loved the game room to play cards at night. We were very close to town and a very nice walking park across the street. Great time in Ithaca.!”

“The house itself was cute and accommodating for our larger group. If your tall, you couldn't use the shower on the first floor, but we made do. The major unfortunate note, it smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. It was extremely bad in the front first floor bedroom. Otherwise we had a good stay.”

“Cute apartment with everything we needed! Hosts provided everything we could think of! Would definitely rent again!”
