“The bathroom was not clean at all, the extra soaps and all were hanging off the wall or just sat in the showers, the shower had mold around it and the toilet, when you walked into our room all your smelt was smoke and people smoking in the lobby while playing pool.”

“Yes but it was broken busted, bugs can get in from outside. No the floor was filthy dirty not been mopped. Then when I wipe up water from tub the floor were very dirty. Turn my white socks very dirty., may not be able to even bleach them. Need weather stripping, and a lot of repair that were previously damaged, I took pictures of all so I not be blamed.... “The hotel is promoted as newly modernized and well-managed, but that was not my experience. The beds were some of the worst I have ever slept on. They were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Because of this, I would not return or recommend staying here.”
