Guest house a Brookville

“The room was clean, the bed was comfortable & the area was quiet. Close to downtown. The only problem was there was a crack in the floor of the bathtub so I had to stay to the back or keep my feet along the edge. I did inform staff but they were booked solid so couldn't move us. Other than that would stay here again.”

“Great place within 30min of the Miami campus. We will be back.”

“This was our 2nd time staying and we LOVE the area, houses, and property! It is a great place to stay and get away. We LOVE Brookville Lake and the no wake zone for swimming too. Just a perfect trip and place to stay! We HIGHLY Recommend it! Can't wait to come back again next year! The Hartman's”

“Great staff. Room was clean and functional. Hot breakfast was good. Coffee station open 24/7. The only elevator was slow and noisy. The property was worn and dated.”

“The bathroom was terrible. Toilet flush wasn't working, made my 2day stay hell. Never wanna book it again.”

“The guy working the front desk was very nice and helpful. The place was also very clean and comfortable.”
