“The hotel is lovely. The check in process was challenging to say the least. For some reason the funds paid in advance to Expedia weren’t available for the hotel to charge. I was told many times by the front desk to not use Expedia to book rooms. They stated it happens all too often. In this instance I was on the phone with Expedia at 8:30 pm trying to find out why I couldn’t check in to my room after driving for many hours. It took about 45 minutes to get the issue resolved. “Clerk at check in was a grump. First automatic entry do was in a state of needing repair. Odd front desk location, no line of sight to greet guests. Requested some minor service which wasn’t handled well. Coffee pod restock (no decaf). No coffee cups. Kleenex box was empty. Towels and soap removed. Towels were not replaced. Breakfast buffet was good though not great.”

“No coffee pot or microwave in room. Very low bed hard to get out of. Decorated in retro 1950’s look. Plain.Parking a block or more away. Very long walk to room. No food shopping or bar nearby.. ceiling old cracked concrete. Concrete floor. Shower only. Couldn't find ice machine. Lobby had small home kurig machine with no water..could be a very nice hotel but they seem to focus on cheap. The did have bottled water in your room but add 6.00$ feel like they almost dont want you there. Get more...
