“We loved the suite we got instead of just getting a room at another at another hotel. We were able to get groceries and have breakfasts, coffee, and lunches in our suite and have dinners out. The pool is nice and never crowded. It’s a lovely, small place. Not loud and crowded which we liked way better than the big hotels. As a group of girls, we especially loved the long hallway mirror (such a small detail but SO appreciated for getting ready 😂). Everything about our stay was seamless, and the location was perfect. “It would be best to check and see if there are pool parties happening before you book . We had no idea about the rooftop parties allowed and couldn’t even get to our hotel due to the cars parked in front of the hotel . Definitely not close to any food either .”

“We had a nice stay. The room was clean and modern and our request to be in a high floor room has been satisfied by the kind staff. Breakfast was great with many options The only note was the location of the hotel: it is relatively close by car to the downtown area and seaside and you can park either in the hotel garage (more expensive) or in the adjacent public parking lot (at night time not very safe).”

La navetta per l'aeroporto non è disponibile h24 come indicato nel sito bensì termina a mezzanotte e riprende alle 7; quando lo abbiamo fatto notare alla signorina della reception - informandola che il nostro aereo partiva alle 6 della mattina - lei è stata molto scortese e per niente disponibile (a differenza dell'autista dello shuttle a cui dobbiamo un ringraziamento perché si è offerto di accompagnarci...

“Il personale e il servizio devono decisamente migliorare per il prezzo pagato. La sistemazione è buona, moderna e pulita, ma i ragazzi dello staff reception devono assolutamente svegliarsi e capire che, solitamente, si prova a fare di tutto per soddisfare le richieste del cliente, soprattutto quelle che hanno a che fare con fatturazione, invoicing e documenti vari. ”

“Boogers on the wall in the first unit they “tried” to give us. Gave us another place, cleaner, and nicer. I guess they thought we were college kids. They agreed to give us to free days for the trouble. I tried to use them, restricted the dates you could use them, and took 2 weeks to get them “approved from corporate”. By that time my flights had gone up. No thanks. Told them to keep the free days, not worth the headache. ”
