Hotel vicino a Brown Lake - Hartford

“Mold on the ceiling, bathroom wall was stapled? wallpaper peeling. definitely not worth the money. hot tub was yellow and gross”

“The hotel was dirty, rooms were filthy, towels were hard to come by and stained. Trash in hallways, and lobby. There was no breakfast. The parking lot is in disrepair. The hairdryer did not work, the door safety locks were broken, the phone did not work so if you needed to call the front desk you couldn’t, you had to go downstairs. There is no elevator as an fyi. We got to the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes for someone so we even could check in, pretty sure we woke him up.”

“I thought it was over priced but it was the 4th of July so maybe that was why. We stayed one night and the beds were very comfortable.”

“This hotel allows smoking on the 1st floor which the smell rises. We were on the 2nd floor and were bothered by the smell. The carpet in the hallway smelled musky and looked dirty. The room was fairly clean except some dust behind the lamp on the night stand and crumbs on the headboard behind the mattress. We checked out a day early due to being affected by the smoke smell. We did not complain right away due to being tired from a long drive and being limited funds and not wanting to find a...
