“This was an older property the room was very nice and roomy, it was clean and the bathroom had some nice updates. The bed was comfortable. There was a slight smell like old smelling, but we got used to it quickly. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was not very hot. But they were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Breakfast was fair. Parking was very sketchy. The room curtains were stained as well as the sheets on one bed. The tub did not drain well during the shower which left you standing in water”

“The Sioux City Comfort Inn was substandard at best. First thing I noticed as I checked in was a sign on the desk saying they don't allow locals to stay there because of past "problems"; clue #1 as to how the night would go. Next thing I noticed was the side door we used to bring our stuff in had the door latch taped with package tape to keep the door from locking; it stayed that way all night I guess because it was still taped up in the morning. The carpet in the hallway was stained and wrinkled...

“Room was clean but fixtures in bathroom were broken. Pool does not have stairs to enter, must be able to use the ladder.”

“Best lodging I had on my 10-day trip. And lowest price. Only one issue. The room had the newer low-profile Eljer toilet which is too low. I can’t sit on it without getting my bottom wet.”

“Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund..”
