“Room was plum nasty stayed 1 night and left first thing in the morning and found a different hotel! TERRIBLE night! Never ever again!!!”

“The carpets were frayed and in terrible condition, even buckled up inplaces that could cause tripping if you were not careful. They wete so dirty we would not walk in our room without shoes on. The staff were not friendly. When we checked in we did not even get eye contact.”

“Room was clean, but there was a VERY strong smell of paint, like they had painted minutes before we got there strong. So we opened the window to air it out and it did not help. Staff was friendly!”

Staff was very quick about addressing the issues and made them go to their room or be asked to leave. Breakfast was very good, hot and fresh. I would stay again! “This was perhaps one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. The decor was beautiful and the decorating theme was tasteful and elegant. We stayed in a king suite and it was spacious and comfortable. Best shower ever! Bidets in the bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise! The bed was also comfortable. We also ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were delicious and (as someone from the West Coast) wonderfully priced! Will definitely stay here again in the future if we are ever in...

“When we checked in on Friday afternoon, the lobby smelled of rotten eggs. The smell continued for the rest of our stay. It was very unpleasant and it carried into the hallways and our room Saturday night. We have stayed here plenty of times in the past but this smell never happened until this time. ”
