“The property upon entering did not smell pleasant. It was clean enough and not seeing any irregularities, I have to assume it is just an older property that could use some TLC. Once the AC was turned on in our room, the odor dissipated. The clientele appeared to be heavy construction workers. Being a property wirh suites and kitchen facilities, it would work well for them.”

“I’m limited in mobility, and my room was on the 2nd floor. No worry, the outstanding service by staff with genuine caring made the issue moot. My room was clean and spacious. Fresh coffee or tea available 24x7. Breakfast fresh with ample choices! But mostly, it was the kindness and consideration of staff, especially one young man, who will make this a go to for every future visit!!”

“This hotel is south of the city but just off the interstate. First appearances were “ho-hum” but once we got inside we saw fresh renovations. Our room was 313. Thank goodness for the elevator. The room was comfortable although not extravagant. Breakfast was so-so, as there was only one hot item (scrambled eggs). The evening desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Overall, a comfortable stay.”

“Feel like everything went somewhat well. Room was nice an bed was comfy. Internet wasn’t really working while trying to connect. When trying to watch tv, it wouldn’t work not sure if it was the service or tv just not working. Feel like there should be soaps for hands instead of bar soaps. One rag had a little stain but everything was clean but that one rag. Curtains needs a bit of a fix up to”

“Room was fairly clean. Wall around mirror was dirty. There was only coffee in the morning after 8 am. No breakfast. The toilet paper holder was way to close to the toilet and would always fall off the wall. I usually can deal with all this. But, he beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to sleep. Kept waking up with back pain.”

“The first room they gave us smelled like wet dog. If I had known it was pet friendly in every room I would not have stayed there. The second room they gave us was supposed to have been just deep cleaned still smelled like wet dog. One would think that there would be certain rooms that would be pet free. Now 12 hrs later at my home all I smell is wet dog and I don't have any pets.”

“When we first entered our room, our AC was off and it was over 80 degrees in there. We turned on the AC, but it just wouldn’t cool down. We eventually got a hold of the front desk, and they gave us a different room which was nice but it was a big pain moving everything over. Service was slow in the restaurants and when we needed something from the front desk. We went to the pool, and it was filthy. Dirty towels and cups were scattered. There were no clean towels available. The shower in the room...

“The facility was at maximum capacity. The swimming pool and hot tub were not working. Unless an inquiry was made, one would have assumed the reason was to save the corporation expense for repairs. Very sad. Ice machine near our room was not functioning. Housekeeping was 10 out of 10 rating. Kudos to housekeeping.”
