He said there were no such rooms available and gave me a double room which I did not need charged me nearly $20 more after taxes. “We arrived for a wedding with my kids. My son is disabled and has trouble with stairs. When we arrived I learned the elevator was not working and we would have to go up 3 flights of stairs to bring our things. When expressed concern over this issue to the front desk woman she told me to go somewhere else. I have never seen such poor customer service. The manager helped us find a room on the first floor that was an executive suite. It wasn't meant for a family but we made due. It wasn't clean or...

“Hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. Included breakfast was a pretty good variety, although the dining room was small. This is the probably nicest motel/hotel in the area other than the resort and was a good value. I would definitely stay there again.”

La mattina dopo abbiamo visitato l'outlet village e i km in più fatti per arrivare a Stony Creek (15 minuti) sono valsi la pena! Unico rimpianto non aver previsto di rimanere lì un paio di notti in più.”

“We got a suite, which was big and had a fully functional kitchen. I really liked the space. However there was a jackhammer going from 8:00 in the morning until 4:00 pm every day. And there was no escaping it -- you could also hear it while at the pool. When I talked to the manager, he apologized and offered to refund part of my stay. I never got the refund. We stayed for 3 nights, paid top dollar for a suite, and it was pretty miserable.”
