“Good hotel, very reasonably priced, close to the university of Manitoba and Superstore. To improve: blinds are definitely not blackout, which is challenging in spring when the sun is up early, and when your window faces the parking lot with extremely bright floodlights. Unfortunately it was raining two nights and there was a dripping sound outside the window that was so loud it sounded like someone was popping microwave popcorn in the next room. “The room was comfortable, but we would never return and would warn others that this hotel is obviously in a high crime area. We stayed on May 30th, 2026 and woke up to our back window smashed out. Our vehicle was in the hotel parking lot. My husband went to front desk to enquire about calling police and possibly getting the window secured somehow. They assisted in putting plastic and tape on window that fell off after 20 minutes and we had a 7.5 hour drive to reach home. When husband went back...

“Lots of noice , we were in a room main floor next to a restaurant , very loud and kids running around all evening didnt seem to be watched much by parents. The room was beautiful except it looked out at a restaurant and you could hear the noice.”
