Hotel vicino a Bruce Museum of Arts and Science - Greenwich

“Struttura elegante e confortevole, bellissima la location . Il gradimento sarebbe stato più alto se l'accoglienza fosse stata all'altezza. Purtroppo non è stato così perchè alcuni membri del personale della reception erano decisamente scortesi e poco disponibili nei nostri confronti ( nemmeno rispondevano al saluto che comunque per educazione noi abbiamo sempre fatto ...). Ci dispiace perchè per tutto il resto abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. ”

“Tutto perfetto !!!!!!!!!!!”

“The free parking and breakfast were nice. We had an obstructed view from both windows and the water took 10-15 minutes to warm up with each shower use. That was absolutely horrible. We asked for more toilet paper, the never sent it up and had to ask again.”

“La camera pulita, vicinanza alla stazione ”

“Colazione”

“We checked in A water pipe broke No a/c No tv Hallway and hotel smelled terrible No answers when it will be fixed No manager on duty So far no compensation offered me and when I asked they said maybe they will give me 15000 miles for a 3 night stay which cost 60000 miles per night 180000 miles”

“The price & location were good, approx 10 mins outside of Sleepy Hollow where we were visiting. I have stayed at many HI Express’s and the front desk staff here was the least friendly of any I have stayed at. A simple Hello or Have a good night goes a long way. The staff in the breakfast buffet were very friendly. Our room was clean but in a very odd location-it was the first room outside the lobby. It was noisy in the morning when people were having their breakfast. I would not recommend this...

“Parcheggio gratis comodissimo, buona colazione gratuita e camere ristrutturate recentemente molto funzionali, con ampio bagno e doccia comodissima”

“Clean room, cute vibes, great restaurants and location to Sleepy Hallow halloween fun!”
