“There is a lady working front desk with a tattoo on her neck. She is not a friendly person and not commentate you what so ever . I asked for Manager she said “manger will not be avalible until Monday .” I asked to change the room she said “ there is no room Avalible” I asked I don’t care if you put me on less of the room Just move me to other rooms away from Loud noises on pool she said “ there is no room avalible .” She needs to find another job she is not good for Customer service job . “Hubby and I needed a place to stay that isn't on the Strip. We found the Red Rock and will never stay anywhere else when in Vegas. Wonderful rooms, quiet hotel away from the casino. Smoke-free hotel. The array of entertainment is great. Kids have plenty to do. Everything was clean, comfortable and friendly. Do not hesitate to stay here!”

“Hotel abbastanza nuovo con un comodo parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti. Un po' lontano dalla strip. Molto pulito e con stanze spaziose e letti comodi. Personale gentile. Da migliorare la colazione, poca scelta e anche un caffè in più te lo fanno pagare. ”

“The property was well kept, and the room was great. Especially since we had our dog with us. The rooms didn't smell like others had mentioned. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast, very limited but than again it was included. ”

“I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element.”
